Fidanza Musical Instruments

Since moving to Encino, I have been partaking in a local open mic event here called the SoapBox Sessions. I try to go every week to support local artists such as musicians, comedians and poets. I have had the wonderful opportunity to meet many great, talented people, and one of those has enlisted my services to help brand his company. He supplied me with a business card, with a simple designed and asked how we could make it better. Well below is my idea for his logo. The original was a simplified version of just the "Phi" symbol, with the client name written over it. 

I wanted to incorporate more a classic/elegant feel, and use something relating more to music then an actual business. The final result is a logo that my client is please with, and I feel brings his talent to his branding.
